Wally and his wife are an incredibly kind and selfless couple. A year ago we had our catering cancel last minute before our wedding. While Wally and his wife tried to accommodate us directly, sadly logistically they could not. But that's not where it ended, Wally directed us to a contact group that gave us access to multiple vendors that all sprung into action. Long story short we felt lost at the beginning of that day, but Wally showed his true colors and helped out in every way he could. That selfless echoed over the past year. He and his wife are an absolute joy in the Charleston area. We are and always will be satisfied by his food and presence. 11/10 fantastic food and the people who are repeat customers will tell you how much they love his food and the experience. I ate the loaded fries with lamb, peppers, onions, banana peppers, jalapeños, cheese and taziki. Fantastic meal after a long day.

Wallys was such a delightful surprise. We ordered beef sausage dogs after a night at the museum. Great prices and excellent service. He’s been in business since 2007 and is a trusted vendor for several organizations. I’m so happy my best friend recommended this short stop to his food truck.

This is my 2nd time visiting this food truck. The staff is friendly and professional. They answered my questions without any problems. The food was amazing, hot, and tasty. I think I may follow this food truck around town. The prices are affordable. Thank you.

I keep forgetting to leave a review for this place, probably because I getting lost in how good the food is, then taking that subsequent nap after eating so much. Every. Single. Time. The food is just as good as it was the first time. The lamb, the chicken, black olives, tzatziki, rice - all of it - it's just plain good when Wally's does it. Not only that, but the owner has been awesome every time we have stopped at his truck for food. I cannot recommend Wally's enough.

Not necessarily a big fan of food trucks however my wife and I had a busy day and Wally was part of food trucks Friday at Carolina Bay. . So decided to give it a try, Two grilled lamb gyros, baba gonush , and a large Greek salad. Completely enjoyable and tasty . Grilled lamb was actually pieces of tender lamb and not that mystery meat trimmed from a large spit. The Babs Ganush very tasty. The Greek salad was good but would have preferred romaine lettuce as opposed to iceberg lettuce. Other than that it was a satisfying meal . Two very efficient and hard working folks operating the truck. Not easy to do so I tip my hat to them! Quick note Last night my wife and I dined at Michelin Star chef Daniel Humm restaurant in Charleston Place . Fabulous dinner at a cost of $500, tonight food truck dinner $50.00 Bottom line, it speaks volumes regarding the level of dining available in the wonderful city of Charleston. Whether you are a resident ( which we are) or a visitor, Charleston is where it's at !

It's a small food trailer with big taste! I got two gyro meals and the falafel rice both very good. Service was fast and food was fresh. I'll be going back I'm sure already told my friends. Thank you and keep up the good work.
